International (outside EU)

  • 7–19 business days (may vary depending on customs)

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

We may offer:

All shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Lost packages due to address errors

  • Additional shipping costs for re-delivery

9. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your order is delayed or missing:
