If you are a customer within the European Union, you are protected under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which gives you the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without providing a reason (cooling-off period).

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and operational reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used

  • Compression products that show signs of stretching or usage

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper care

  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional discounted items (if marked)

  • Gift cards or digital vouchers

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

5. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

Once an order has been dispatched:

  • Items showing signs of use (sweat, odor, stretching) will not be accepted

  • Delays may occur due to customs processing
